Step 3 of 4 | Get PDF of Bill

1. Click here to download free "doPDF" software to make a PDF of your T-Mobile bill. If your computer already has doPDF, go to the next step.

2. After confirming that "doPDF" software is installed, go to T-Mobile's website.

3. Log in by giving your cell-phone number and password at the top right-hand corner.

4. In the box labelled "See your bill," click on the button "Bill summary."

5. Hit the button "Print format" under "See your bill."

6. In the window that opens, select "Print" at the upper right.

7. Your printer window should open. Select the "doPDF" printer and hit the print button.

8. A new "doPDF" window will open. First hit the "Browse" button. Give the document a name you will remember (type a new title in the "File name" box). Make sure to save the bill in a place on your computer where you can easily find it. We suggest the desktop.

9. Hit the "Save" button.

10. You should be back at the "doPDF" window. Hit the "OK" button. The PDF of your bill should pop up. Make sure you know where it's saved. Now fill out the form below and go to the next step.
