CUB has negotiated a $20 credit for Pioneer Telephone's Rate
long-distance customers
Buster plan, which is one of the best offers in the market. It has a 2-3
cents per-minute rate for most Illinois consumers and little or no
monthly fee. For many callers, the $20 credit, which represents more
than 11 hours of calls, will cover several months, even a year of
long-distance service.
