CUB cannot offer financial assistance or legal representation for individual complaints, but we would be happy to refer you to other agencies offering these services.

Please don’t hesitate to call CUB, even if you don’t have a solid complaint, but something just seems…“fishy” about your utility service. You may learn something by contacting CUB, and your call could provide a helpful tip in our ongoing battles before Illinois regulators for better utility rates and policies.
