Chang’s customers are being offered 15 percent discounts today. * Bruegger’s is offering a pack of 13 bagels and two tubs of cream cheese for $10.40 today with a downloaded coupon. * Bally Total Fitness offers free workouts today to non-members, and members can get free personal training.
