Citizens Utility Board (CUB) will offer free bill consultations to help you save money and better understand your utility bills.
While residents applying for LIHEAP (Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program), CUB staff will be on hand to:
-Provide personalized advice and review your utility bills.
-Share information about Illinois Solar for All, a program that makes solar energy more accessible and affordable for Illinois residents, -and answer any energy
-related questions.
