Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program Eligibility Criteria: (Applicant should bring the following items)

– Proof of gross income from all household members for the 30-day period prior to date.

– A copy of current heat and electric bills/if you pay for your home energy directly.

– Social security card or ITIN for residents who have them. Residents without ITIN or SSN can still apply and your Local Administering Agency will advise accordingly.

– If a member of your household receives Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) you must bring in your current DHS award letter.

– If you are a renter, please bring proof of rental agreement which states monthly rental amount
