CUB opened the giveaway to everyone who took the quiz–whether they got the answers right, or not. There are many different–sometimes conflicting–numbers thrown around about energy efficiency. The idea of the quiz was to communicate that heating and cooling take up a significant chunk of most utility bills, and simple actions at home can reduce those costs.
