So far, more than 500 CUB Action Network members have taken our survey on the Environmental Protection Agency’s “Clean Power Plan” to reduce carbon emissions by 30 percent by 2030 (Illinois individual goal is to cut emissions by an estimated 33 percent). The plan has evoked a heated public debate, so we were curious what Illinoisans had to say.

It costs too much and will make electricity prices go through the roof.
