Grove Avenue, Elgin, IL 60120), where CUB will provide suggestions on how to reduce your utility bills and tap into money-saving, clean energy programs. A CUB representative will discuss the choices in the TV market, ways to cut cable costs, streaming services available to consumers and how to avoid common robocall scams.
