Although Halloween classics like Count Dracula, Freddie Krueger and Michael Meyers cause a fright, few things are scarier than paying high energy bills.
In honor of the spooky season, CUB staffer Cate York created a new video, “Beware High Bills: A Halloween Special.” It’s a fun, quick summary of the best money-saving tips our outreach team shares with people at CUB events across the state. (Cate plays everyone, including the vampire with the pasty face…and glass of blood.)
Federal predictions are that electric and gas bills could be up about 7-8 percent this winter, so CUB hopes this fun video helps you cut down on your energy bills.
